Television production company Endemol Shine has created a North American headquarters that is quintessential resi-mercial. The new workspace evokes more attitude than typical corporate headquarters. One of the major features of this project is a custom furniture program that truly created the look they were seeking, including a living room-inspired reception area complete with a customized version of a Chesterfield sofa.
Our portion of this 150,000 square foot project was led by Christine Scott, Senior Strategic Account Manager and included the outfitting of 5 lounges, the pantry-area, 5 collaborative spaces, 90 private offices, and 180 cubicle workstations. We also provided relocation services for their entire company, helping them move into the new space.
